Beef Recall

A beef recall has been issues for over 6 1/2 million pounds of raw beef over a possible Salmonella contamination. The recall has been linked back to the JBS Tolleson company in Arizona. 

The beef is believed to be responsible for dozens of salmonella cases across 16 states. It was sold under a number of names including 5 Star Beef, Cedar River Farms, Showcase, La Herencia, Four Star, Clear River and Thinkpure.

The affected products were packaged between July 26th to September 7th, 2018 and have an establishment number of EST.267. 

Anyone who has these products is urged to throw them away or return them to where they were bought.
